Website Use

This website is provided for general information, service discovery, and contact requests. You agree not to misuse the website, submit spam, interfere with site security, copy content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Service Information

Website content describes general painting services such as exterior house painting, interior house painting, cabinet painting, commercial painting, deck staining, fence staining, commercial exterior painting, commercial interior painting, color consultation, siding repair, drywall repair, and trim repair. It is not a guarantee that every service is available at every address or at every time.

Photos, descriptions, examples, timelines, and service explanations are informational. Actual recommendations depend on surface condition, property conditions, access, materials, code requirements, safety concerns, and approval of the final scope.

Quotes, Scheduling, and Availability

Submitting a form, text, email, or voicemail does not create a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to review the request, confirm availability, and discuss the next step. Free painting estimates are available inside the service area. Outside the service area, estimates are welcome with a $99 plus mileage fee, waived if the customer books the project. Color questions can be discussed during a painting estimate, but a dedicated on-site color consultation is a separate paid service unless it is part of a full interior or full exterior project. Any quote, estimate, or price is subject to review of the actual project condition unless provided in a signed written agreement.

Non-Marketing Text Messages

When you check the SMS consent box and submit an online form, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Puffin Painting about your estimate request and related service updates. Messages may include acknowledgment of your request, questions about the project, estimate scheduling, appointment updates, and service follow-up. This consent does not authorize marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. We will honor opt-out requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is required to submit an online form, but it is not a condition of purchasing painting services. If you do not wish to consent to text messages, call us at the phone number listed on this page to request an estimate by phone.

Urgent Requests

If you have an urgent property condition, active leak, electrical hazard, structural concern, or another safety issue, take reasonable steps to protect people and property first and call for immediate help. Website forms may not be monitored instantly.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address, access details, known hazards, relevant photos or notes, and permission to access the work area. You are also responsible for approving work before it begins and for keeping pets, children, valuables, and unsafe conditions away from the work area.

Payments and Cancellations

Payment terms, out-of-area estimate fees, deposits, cancellation rules, and accepted payment methods may vary by job and will be communicated as part of scheduling or quoting. Approved work is due according to the terms provided for that service.

Warranties and Limitations

Any workmanship warranty or product warranty applies only as stated in the written service terms, invoice, manufacturer documentation, or signed agreement. Warranties may not cover unrelated property conditions, pre-existing damage, misuse, neglect, inaccessible defects, customer-supplied materials, or work performed by others.
